We at NPB Development LLC respect the privacy of everyone who plays Drive Revolution Universal. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it’s used, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

   ○ Email adresses. We use these email addresses for our users to sign up to the roadmap to submit ideas for our product and contact them for in-game rewards. No explicit information is collected.

   ○ Unity Dashboard analytics. We use Unity Dashboard retention analytics to understand aggregate game performance (for example, session length and crash reports). This data is device-based and does not include personal identifiers.

   ○ Ads and network access. The App requests Wi-Fi/network access solely to download and display in-game advertisements. We don’t collect your browsing history or personal usage outside the App.

2. How We Use Information

   ○ Gameplay improvement. Analytics data helps us fix bugs, improve performance, and tune gameplay.

3. Third-Party Services

   ○ Ad networks. Ads are served by third-party providers; those providers may collect device identifiers or non-personal usage data to tailor ads. Please refer to each ad network’s privacy policy (links usually available in the App Store listing).

4. In-App Purchases

   ○ Billing. Purchases are processed through your app store account. We do not handle or store your payment information.

   ○ Freemium model. The core game is free; optional items or features may be purchased. Purchased content remains available across your device once acquired.

5. Children’s Privacy

   ○ Target audience. Although the App is suitable for children, we do not knowingly collect any personal information from users under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).

   ○ Parental controls. Parents can disable in-app purchases via their device settings to prevent unauthorized purchases.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

   ○ Analytics data. Retained only as long as necessary to improve the App’s stability and performance.

   ○ Emails are used to notify you of your validated ideas, and to give in-game promotions.

7. Security

   We implement industry-standard measures to protect any analytics or crash-report data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

   We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.
